Your living room faces the beach and our special feature is, fantastic sunsets. We have Wi-Fi and all new furniture. We have a large private pool, hot tub, elevator, a spectacular view from a 12 foot patio door on our large 10 by 14 balcony. This could be a perfect place for you, to have the holiday of your life. Our beach is quiet, sandy and private. We are two miles from Clearwater Beach. MY WIFE IS VERY CLEAN CONSCIOUS AND PARTICULAR SO YOU CAN BE SURE EVERYTHING IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND NEAT. WE HAVE ALLERGIES SO OUR PLACE DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKERS. EVERYTHING IS FRESH AND CLEAN. Our Luxury Beautiful Condo is just two miles south of Clearwater and one mile south of John Travolta’s former mansion, in Bellaire. When you walk north on our quiet beach, you will be able to relax away from the crowds. Nearby is great shopping, inexpensive restaurants, friendly churches (Indian Rocks Baptist, where over 5000 meet each Sunday), and beautiful golf courses. From St. Peat’s Airport it is a 15 minute taxi drive and from Tampa it is 25 minutes. The shuttle is $28.50 and you will arrive at the beach in 30 minutes. Our new Beachfront condominium has everything you will need for a great holiday, two 38 inch TV, Bright House Wy-Fi, stereo, two bedrooms with KING beds and each a private washroom, a living room with new leather sofas and entertainment center, a glass dining table, very exquisite furnishings and art, extra phone outlets for computer, and a kitchen that has everything. We have all the instructions in our home to make your vacation perfect and relaxing. When you are finished a cleaning team will make sure our home is perfect for the next family. Disney, EPCOT, Cypress Gardens are just 1.30 minutes away and we usually drive there and back the same day. Bush Gardens is in Tampa 30 minutes away. If you are going as a large family and need 2 condos, we can help. But you must be non smokers.

And after the sun goes down, watch your favorite TV show. Our living room is furnished with 2 sofas that are very comfortable. 1 sofa is a double pull out bed.
